Terms of Use

PL Tools is provided on an “as is” basis. You're welcome to use the tools for personal and commercial work. You are responsible for the files and content you process, and for having the rights to do so. Don't use PL Tools for unlawful purposes.

We work hard to keep the tools accurate and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.

Paid exports (Resume Studio, Forms & Documents Studio)

Creating, editing and previewing is free. Exporting or printing costs ₹9: per resume in the Resume Studio, and per workspace in the Forms & Documents Studio — however many pages or documents that workspace holds. Re-exporting and reprinting the same workspace after edits is included; a new or duplicated workspace is a separate purchase.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, and an export unlocks only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our server. If you paid but couldn't export, open “Already paid?” in the export panel and enter your payment ID, or email praneeth.thommandru@gmail.com with your payment ID — we'll restore your export or refund the payment.

Templates

Templates are original, general drafts. They aren't official forms of any government, university, board, hospital or authority, and they aren't legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Certificates, declarations and similar documents are valid only when the relevant institution issues or signs them — don't present a document made here as issued by an institution that didn't issue it.

Online forms

If you publish a form, you are responsible for it and for the answers it collects: tell people why you're asking, collect only what you need, and handle answers lawfully. Answering a form is always free. Don't use forms to:

• ask for passwords, OTPs, card or bank details, or other security credentials;
• impersonate a person, company or institution, or trick people (phishing, scams, fake offers);
• collect health, identity or children's data without the consent and safeguards the law requires;
• harass people or publish unlawful content.

We may close or delete forms that break these rules or that we're told are being misused. Forms and their responses are deleted when you delete them, or automatically after the period you choose without activity — download anything you need to keep. See Privacy for how responses are stored.
